All Profits to Charity

Why should you come to me? Well that's because this business is a bit different to most. All the profits go to charity. I will donate to your preferred charity or one of three local Multiple Sclerosis Charities: The Sutton and Croydon Multiple Sclerosis Therapy Centre (SCMSTC), the Portsmouth District Branch of the MS Society or the Solent MS Therapy Centre.

These charities are completely funded from donations and fundraising activities and provide many forms of therapy and support for people with Multiple Sclerosis.  To link to their web page click below to find out more about the charities and the work that they do.

About me

I have always enjoyed baking and designing cakes for family occasions. Having been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2006, I was forced to give up work and needed to find other ways to occupy my time. I decided to extend my cake baking beyond close family with the aim of donating to Multiple Sclerosis and other charities. This has allowed me to continue to enjoy my hobby, whilst building up my portfolio of designs. I have extended my baking to handmade fudge, sweets and chocolates.

I have a Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene - for catering certificate and all my cakes and sweets are made in my home kitchen which is registered with Havant Borough Council.

In addition I have broadened my horizons by doing digital painting and designing greeting cards. I am also selling these with all profits going to charity.

Cakes

I am able to make the following cake bases: sponge (many flavours), carrot, madeira, light fruit, traditional dark fruit, ginger, simnel and much more. I can cater for most special dietary requirements by using gluten, dairy/lactose, egg or nut free recipes.

Don't hesitate to ask if there is a particular kind of cake not included in the list, as I am usually able to accommodate any request.

My cakes can be round, square, heart-shaped and tiered of various sizes but I also make novelty shaped and sculptured cakes together with individually decorated cup cakes. Take a look at the Gallery to see some examples of the cakes I have made. Let me know how many you are catering for and I can advise you on the size of cake that you need.

Fudge, Sweets, Chocolates & Favours

In addition to my cakes, I make handmade sweets, biscuits and favors, which are just the perfect gift and keepsake for the people who join you in your celebrations. For more information on my Cakes, Sweets and Favours Click here

Come and visit me at the Emsworth Local Produce Market every 2nd Saturday in the month where I have a stall selling my handmade fudge, sweets and chocolates for charity. The market is held in the Emsworth Centre from 10am - 1pm. For more details click here.
